The mission of the Greater Fort Wayne Falcon Football program is to use football as a vessel to launch young athletes into bright futures. We set expectations and goals that will help them excels on the field, achieve in the classroom, and positively impacts their schools and communities. In order to show the athletes how to respect, every athlete in our program will be treated with the same respect and dignity while we strive to reach our potential as a team and as individuals. We will always play the game as we navigate through life, with integrity, hard work, respect and dignity. Operating within the rules and regulations with great intensity we shall grow together. Our program and football community will always appreciate and value diversity so that each individual experiences a safe environment that allows each students athlete to acquire the knowledge, the work ethic, and communication skills necessary to become responsible and productive members of society.
